Shahid Afridi’s Unbelievable Six Against Australia

Hitting sixes in Australia against them has been tough task for any player in the world in the cricket. However Pakistani all rounder Shahid Afridi who has been very famous in hard hitting, hit an unbelievable six on the bowling of world’s ever greatest leg break bowler Shane Warne. The hard hitting batsman stunned him by hitting him a huge six with one hand.

Every player from team Australia was also got stunned with this huge one handed six by the Pakistani All-rounder. Shane Warne has bowled dominating spell in this match and had taken two wickets before Shahid Afridi came in the middle. The famous leg spinner had bowled eight over spell for thirty three runs.

Famous leg break bowler bowled a full pitch delivery to the right hander asking the batsman to go over the top so that he could a top edge. But the Pakistani all rounder had different plans, as the leg spinner bowled a half volley, he jumped out of his crease and reached to the pitch of the ball. Afridi then lofted it with his full power.

Despite of long boundaries in Australia, he managed to lift it out of the boundary ropes. The amazing thing of that hit was that while playing that shot Afridi lost his grip of the one hand. But the strong man managed to hit the delivery with one hand and there was enough power behind that shot which cleared the long boundary rope.

Team Australia and the bowler were lucky enough that after couple of delivery in the same over, the hard hitting All rounder from Pakistan was run out. Muhammad Yousaf and he had miscommunication with each other. The fielder did not do any mistake and handed the bowl back to Shane Warne who ran him out easily.
