England Gets Smashed By Sharjeel Khan. Star cricketer and powerhouse Chris Gayle faced fast bowler Junaid Khan in PSL. The left arm bowler came into cricket arena after long injury and he was very eager to perform well in the first edition of the tournament. He knew the reputation of Gayle very well but his confidence worked really well for him. He bowled the powerhouse on his very first delivery and celebrated the wicket with teammates.

Junaid Khan was representing Peshawar Zalmi in PSL while Chris Gayle was playing from Lahore Qalandars. The spectators were hopping few firework from the batsman but it never happened at all. The left arm bowler ruined the expectations of people who came in the stadium in large number to see the power hitting of star cricketer. The very first ball of his spell was unplayable for batsman.

Left arm bowler had the repute of seaming the ball both ways and he proved his amazing bowling skills way back in 2012 when green shirts toured India. In three match ODI series the left arm bowler was the feature due to his brilliant seam bowling. He got the wicket of Virat Kohli in all three matches along with other Indian batsmen. His bowling played a key role in winning the series on home ground of India after very long time.

Junaid Khan played couple of series after that famous win over Indians but he got severe knee injury which kept him away from cricket. In the first edition of PSL, Peshawar Zalmi picked him as premier fast bowler and he bowled quite well throughout the tournament. Wicket of Chris Gayle on very first ball was the feature of his performance in the tournament.

West Indians star cricketer Chris Gayle looked out of form in the first edition of PSL and he could not score runs and he apologized from his fans about his poor form throughout the tournament. Peshawar Zalmi were one of the favorites to win the league but Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators reached in the final.
